Against The Grain
When it came to creating a brand identity the logo needed to be a combination of vintage & modern. The serif ‘and’ added within the sans serif creates an interesting harmony. The wheat symbol inside the & represents grains and focusing on our tagline: ‘against the grain.’ When it came to the packages themselves it was decided to use saturated colors with simple clean patterns and assets. This allowed for breathing negative space while also giving insight into the product content itself.





WHAT IS FLOWER & GRAIN?
Production of and the trade of grain has been a huge part of society since early human history, but since then, the production has changed these grains. Overproduction, GMOS, larger seeds bumped with artificial additives and more. Although this is becoming an issue its also given a new market for other opportunities. Flower & Grain is based in London, UK where they have found the best sourced products on the market, right down to the seed before it grows.
